A dish that is not fussy but is always worth appearing on the party table. The way to make beef shake ensures that the beef is soft and sweet, the vegetables are delicious, and the color is attractive.
Ingredients:
- 450g beef
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 purple onion
- 2 green onions
- 100g bell pepper
- 100g onion
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black soy sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
- Beef washed, patted dry, cut into squares the size of chess pieces.
- Onions, minced garlic.
- Marinate beef with half the amount of onion and garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon pepper, teaspoon black soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking oil in minimum 30 minutes.
- Wash the green onions and cut them into 3-4 pieces.
- Bell peppers, washed and seeded. Onions peeled, washed. Bell peppers and onions cut into cubes.
Step 2: Stir-fry Beef With Shakes
- Put the pan on the stove, wait for the pan to be very hot, put a little oil in the pan, saute the bell peppers and onions with a small pinch of salt over high heat until the peppers and onions are cooked, remove to a plate.
